By purchasing and paying in full, you secure your place in the subscription for the respective season. Flower subscriptions are non-refundable.
Terms
By purchasing a flower subscription, the customer is agreeing to the inherent risks and rewards of farming. Flower farming is dependent on the ups and downs of nature. Seven Sisters Flowers works hard to ensure successful and productive flowers; subscription members understand that there are no guarantees in farming. In the case that subscription bouquets cannot be fulfilled with Seven Sisters grown flowers, supplemental flowers may be used to complete the order and flowers grown by other local flower farmers and seasonally available flowers are prioritized.
Seven Sisters is not responsible for the vase life of subscription members’ flowers once picked up/delivered. Seven Sisters Flowers takes great care to ensure the longest vase life using proper harvesting, conditioning, and storage techniques of fresh cut flowers. Subscription members are encouraged to follow Flower Care guidelines to enjoy flowers as long as possible at home. The most effective way to ensure a long vase life, is changing vase water daily and keeping flowers in a cool place out of direct sunlight.
By purchasing a flower subscription from Seven Sisters Flowers, the member understands that flowers are not for human or animal consumption as some flowers may be toxic if consumed by people or pets.
Subscription Dates
Subscription members understand that the subscription start date is flexible as it is dependent on seasonal conditions and flower availability. Seven Sisters Flowers will communicate via email to inform members of start dates as well as any updates. It is the responsibility of subscription members to contact the Seven Sisters Flowers via email at [email protected] if they are not receiving notifications near the estimated subscription start date in the subscription listing.
Receiving Your Flowers
If a subscription member is out of town or unable to pickup/receive flowers for any reason, it is the member’s responsibility to find a substitute to pick them up or retrieve them from their doorstep (if getting hand-delivery). If a member is unable to find a substitute to pick up AND the member has notified Seven Sisters Flowers one week prior to being out of town, etc., the member will a receive a one time exception to redeem two bouquets during a subsequent subscription week. Once this one time exception as been used, any other flowers not picked up or retrieved will be donated and no credit or refund will be given to the member.
It is the subscription member’s responsibility to pick up flowers during the designated time period on the designated day. If unable to pick up or find a friend to do so, flowers will be donated and no credit or refund will be given.
